What to Report
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
- Fake profiles or impersonation
- Scam attempts or money requests
- Sexual exploitation, illegal content, or underage concerns
How to Report
- Use in-app Report and Block buttons from profile and chat screens.
- Email safety@afroconnect.com with username, screenshots, and details.
What Happens Next
- We review reports and available evidence.
- We may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend, or permanently ban users.
- For severe cases, we may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
False Reporting
Deliberately false or malicious reports may also result in account action.
Response Time
Safety reports are prioritized. Typical response target is 24–48 hours, depending on severity and evidence quality.
